Vantage Customer Journey
An example of a customer journey created in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
The purpose of this journey is to announce new trips and expeditions to the customers, which is split between their special, recurring customers and everyone else. This journey goes out every week, in addition to several other journeys with different purposes.
Part of my position includes creating, editing, reviewing, and activating these journeys to send out weekly emails, in addition to the automated campaigns.
